Refund policy

Merchandise order Policy is an e-commerce firm of women fashion and bridal wears. It offers wide collections of designer saree, blouse, silk sarees, salwars, lehengas, kurtis, gowns, crop tops etc both online and offline.

All our items are specially designed, hand worked and delicately made at our facility by expert team in Bangalore. Depending upon the design works involved, the delivery period of order will vary between 7-14 working days. 

Immediately placing an order an email confirmation and SMS will be sent to customer on confirmation of order placed. Upon receipt of order our back end team will start preparation of the order for dispatch. Accordingly the status of the order will be shown as awaiting for full fill till preparation is complete and ready for dispatch.

Once an order is dispatched through our courier partner , the order status will turn fill filled and an automatic tracking will be available in customer email and mobile number used at the time of placement of order.

Order tracking page is available in both website header  ( Care for U --track ) or footer menu (track) for knowing the status of the order placed at anytime after placement of order.

Cancellation , Returns or Exchange Policy:

Our cancellation policy lasts for a day (10hrs ) and we can provide modification of order with change of merchandise or cancellation of order within this 10hrs period only. If  10hrs is passed from time of purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a cancellation / modification on the case as preparation of order could have already been begun.

Refund for cancellation shall be processed with 4-7 working days. We shall not be responsible for any gateway delay in processing of refunds , bank holidays.

Our return / exchange policy lasts for 5 days return window and we only provide exchange of merchandise. If 5 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange respectively.

Return / exchange is only for merchandise found with defect at that time of delivery ( parcel opening video is must) or shipments lost during transport. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same good condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and should be qualified as per our shipping policy terms and conditions (provided below).

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return or exchange. If you are entitled to a return ( Only for defect or loss), we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment for all other cases exchange only will be provided.

If refund is processed on account of damage or loss, Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale items/ discounted items & free shipped items are non-refundable, however exchange will be provided depending on the case decided.

Additional non-returnable /exchange items:

- Gift cards

- Unfortunately we cannot provide return/exchange for customized merchandise such as hand worked products/ stitched blouse/ semi-stitched blouse, salwars, saree with stitched/sem-stitched blouse, kurtis, crop tops, lehengas and gowns etc

- Unfortunately we cannot provide return/exchange for slight colour variations of merchandise expected due to photography effect.

- return is not eligible for postal delay even for a premium shipping as it is beyond our control

- Items purchased on sales / discounted price/ free shipping shall not be eligible for return 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and return request from you in the tracking page available in our website footer menu full filling all terms and conditions of our shipping policy as detailed subsequently.

Sale / discounted items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are eligible for exchange/ refund, unfortunately sale / discounted items are not eligible for refund. however exchange will be provided if return processed on account damage or loss. 

Exchanges Policy (if applicable)

We only provide exchange of merchandise for the items qualified for return as per policy conditions. We only replace items if they are found defective or damaged during shipping and upon submission of delivery parcel opening video recording of the proof of damage while on delivery.

No exchange or refund for the merchandise procured through discounted sale.

Refunds :

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. 

You are responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise during return shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Partial Refund ( if applicable) : 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), if the item is qualified for the same

- Merchandise with obvious signs of use and it has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

- Any items that is marked as delivered by courier partner but customer complaints that item not received.

-Any items that is requested for cancellation immediately after 24 hrs of time of placement of order, cancellation charges of 5% will be applicable depending upon the level of order preparation begun at back end.

Company reserves the right to cancel any order without any notice with partial or full refund depending on the case and level of order preparation  begun.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is qualified, received and inspected as per our shipping policy conditions detailed below, we will send you an email to you notifying that we have received your returned item and the same can be tracked in our tracking page. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-7  working days.

A confirmation email will be sent to you regarding the refund provided against the order

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Any refund takes 3-7 working days to the credit reflected in your bank account 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts :
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping Policy :

Typically orders shall be shipped will be within 7-10 working days for ready items such as Kurtis, casual sarees and any other readily available merchandise.

For pre-Orders /hand crafted items, based on the level of customization involved it may take 7-14 working days for dispatch.

All our products are shipped from our warehouse at Threads, Yemalur Main Road, Yemalur, Bangalore-560037,Karnataka, India. Our Courier partners are Delhivery, Blue dart, DTDC etc

For international delivery our courier partners are Blue dart, India Post etc

customers are requested to provide valid mobile number at that time of placement of order so that OTP will be sent to same number while enacting delivery. order shall not be delivered without providing OTP to courier service delivery boy at your place will handing over shipment to you. OTP provided to delivery partner by customer at that time delivery is proof of delivery (POD) for handing over.

To return your product, it has to be qualified for above return and exchange policies. You can mark the shipment for return immediately after delivery and then you should mail your product condition with snaps or opening video to our email

Our sales executive examine the case and confirm the return acknowledgement within 7 working days. Once a shipment is qualified for return it will be acknowledged and confirmation will be provided for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs.1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Undelivered | RTO | Missing or lost Shipments :

If any shipment reported by courier partner as undelivered due to wrong address,  invalid Mobile number, customer not available to take delivery, the seller shall not be responsible for timely delivery and the shipment will be processed for RTO    ( return to origin). 

Once RTO is initiated by delivery partner it takes 15-20 days for return shipment reach to origin, the same can also be tracked by the customer.

Once RTO shipment received, it will be reshipped to customer at sole risk of obtaining cost of re-shipping by customer.

if any shipment lost during RTO due to customer fault refund shall not be provided. 

For any shipments if courier partner declares the loss of shipment ( after investigation), usually takes 7-15 days for investigation, the shipment shall be eligible for refund. However no refund on shipping charges shall be provided for above cases.

Shipment delivered but not received by customer :

If any customer complaint that the shipment is marked as delivered by courier partner based on live tracking available to customer but physically not received by the customer to be reported to our customer care at within 48hrs of receipt such tracking information beyond which the case shall not be investigated.

Upon report of such complaint by customer we shall launch a complaint with our courier partner  for investigation and dispute to provide POD (proof of delivery) which will take 7-14 working days. if valid POD is provided by the courier partner the case shall be closed. 

If there is no valid POD, the case shall be further investigated by our courier partner, based on investigation outcome from our courier partner the shipment shall be eligible for partial or full refund accordingly. However no refund on shipping charges shall be provided for above cases.
