How to select product size ?
Our size representation is based on bust size , hence select size button based on BUST/CHEST size in website.
Rest all measurements will be done based on SIZE CHAT available in website against each product.
Need of custom measurements if any can be shared as cart page special instructions (order note) or here. Once order placed we shall stitch and dispatch as per custom measurements shared.
All our products are provided with additional MARGINS of 2-3 stitches up to next size of ordered size to adjust in future.
How do i place COD order?
We shall provide partial COD / Cash on Delivery on our website.
Kindly follow below procedure to place partial COD orders.
1) Normally add choice of products to cart
2) Click check out from your cart page
3) At Check out page select below shipping method COD + India Standard shipping
4) Upon selection of COD option it will be directed to pay 25% of order value as advance, remaining will be COD.
5) Click and make partial advance payment of 25% at Gokwick gateway to complete your purchase.
6) The product shall be dispatch on receipt of order & remaining 75% payment of order value shall be collected at time of delivery.
How to avail EMI or how to place EMI order??
It is very easy & secure to avail our EMI services as all our products in our website are provided with EMI options. Kindly follow below steps to avail purchase on EMI basis.
1) Normally add choice of products to cart
2) Click check out from your cart page
3) At Check out page payment options choose either of the following two EMI payment options to avail EMI service:-
a) Snapmint OR
b) Razorpay secure
4) Upon selection of Payment gateways, available EMI services options with number of installment details shall be shown.
5) Choose choice of your EMI service provider & submit require details in the gateway itself.
6) After submission of formal EMI details , complete your purchase.
7) After completion of purchase, order will be created and product will be dispatched within 5-7 days.
8) EMI service provider shall collect due EMI's in subsequent months based on due day via UPI links.
Do you have international shipping & what are charges??
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping for our products.
Shipping is based on actual weight of the products & charges will be shown automatically during checkout.
What is your shipping or delivery time ??
Typically orders shall be shipped will be within 5-7 working days for ready items such as sarees, kurtis, casual sarees and any other readily available merchandise.
For pre-Orders/International orders /hand crafted items, based on the level of customization involved it may take 7-14 working days for dispatch.
You may track your shipping details available in your profile or at track menu in header ( threads care--track) or footer menu of our website.
What is your return/exchange policy??
Our return/exchange policy allows exchanges within 5 days of delivery for defective items, with a parcel opening video required. Customized items and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Detailed policy can be referred at product or check out page please.
What is your cancellation policy??
Our cancellation policy lasts for a 5hrs only, If 5hrs is passed from time of purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a cancellation. Cancellation attracts 20% restocking fees. Refund for cancellation shall be processed with 4-7 working days.
For all cancellation refund in form store credit only be provided .
